| The MTR Airport Express is extended to a new station at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE). |

Passengers using the same Octopus Card to travel from the city to AsiaWorld-Expo Station and back again, and who stay in AsiaWorld-Expo for over 2 hours based on the exit and re-entry time at the station ticket gate can enjoy a special fare.
