Registration
1.Who can be Free member of Stylewatch.com?

Any company is welcome to join Free member. Company should:
  • provide all information that is true and complete;
  • register for one account only.

    2.Who can be the Gold member of Stylewatch.com?

    Company can be our Gold member by paying an annual fee. Gold membership
    needs to extend annually, otherwise, the membership will be downgraded to
    Free member. Company should:
  • provide all information that is true and complete;
  • register for one account only.

    3.Why does my member ID fail to be accepted during the registration?

    Your member ID may exceed 20 characters, or it may be used by another member.

    4.Why does my company name fail to be accepted during the registration?

    Your company may register as our member before, or your company name may be used by another member.

    5.Why does my email address fail to be accepted during the registration?

    Your company may register as our member and use this email address for registration.

    6.Why did Stylewatch.com reject my membership application?

    Your membership application was rejected because:
  • your company has registered more than one account; or
  • your company information is incomplete or untrue; or
  • your company may not applicable to be Gold member.


    7.I am Free member. Can I change to be a Gold member?

    Yes. You can register from "Upgrade to Gold Supplier". Please follow the instruction indicated. We will change your membership to Gold member in 3 working days after receiving your payment.


    Account Management
    1.What can I do if I forget my member ID and password?

    You can send request by clicking "Forget Password" in member login page. Please input your registered email address to submit the request. Member ID and password will be sent to your registered email address instantly.

    2.Can I change my member ID?

    Sorry, it is not allowed to change your member ID.

    3.Why do I fail to login my member account?

    You fail to login your member account because:

  • you may enter an incorrect member ID and/or password; or
  • you do not activate your member account. To do so, please follow the instruction in the member account activation email. If you still need our assistance, please contact us by email to info@Stylewatch.com.

    4.Can I change my company name?

    Yes. Your company name can be changed by us. Please go to "Member Profile" in "Account Setting" and click "Contact Us For Change" to submit your request. We will change it in 3 working days.

    Yes. Your email address can be changed by us. Please go to "Member Profile" in "Account Setting" and click "Contact Us For Change" to submit your request. We will change it in 3 working days.

    6.How can I change my company information?

    Please go to "Member Profile" in "Account Setting" to change your company information.

    7.Why did Stylewatch.com terminate my membership?

    Your membership was terminated because:

  • your company has registered more than one account; or
  • your company information is incomplete or untrue; or
  • you have violated the terms of services, such as published content is untrue, non-business or illegal, sending junk email, etc.




    Trade Lead and Enquiry
    1. How can I post trade leads in Stylewatch.com?

    You can simply input your trade leads by clicking "Post" in "Trade Leads" session in the front page without being our member.

    2. Why I cannot see my posted trade lead on Stylewatch.com?

    You cannot see your posted trade lead because:

  • your trade lead may be uploaded days before, we show the most updated trade lead in the front page; or
  • your trade lead is duplicated, indecent, untrue, fraudulence, unlawful, etc.


    3. How can I send enquiry in Stylewatch.com?

    You can simply input your enquiry in "Express Enquiry" without being our member. If you are interested in certain product, you can click "Enquiry Now" to send your enquiry to the supplier.

    Please go to "Company Information" in "DIY Webpage" to change your company information.

    2. Can I change my company name displayed in my webpage?

    Yes. Your company name can be changed by us. Please go to "Company Information" in "DIY Webpage" and click "Contact Us For Change" to submit your request. We will change it in 3 working days.

    Please note that your company name displayed in your webpage is the same as the one shown in "Member Profile".

    3. Can I change my email addresses displayed in my webpage?

    Yes. Your email addresses can be changed by us. Please go to "Company Information" in "DIY Webpage" and click "Contact Us For Change" to submit your request. We will change it in 3 working days.

    Please note that your email address in "Email (1)" displayed in your webpage is the same as the one shown in "Member Profile".

    4. Can I change my webpage link?

    Yes. Your webpage links can be changed by us. Please go to "Company Information" in "DIY Webpage" and click "Contact Us For Change" to submit your request. We will change it in 3 working days.

    Please note both "Our Website" and "Other Website" must be changed by us.

    5. Why do some companies' webpage design are different from my company's?

    Only Gold members can select different webpage design for their webpage. If you would like to be our Gold member, please go to "Upgrade to Gold Suppliers" to register.

    6. How can my products display at the top of the search result?

    Products' sequence in the search result is according to:

  • the membership; Gold members' products displayed at the top;
  • the uploading frequency of product photo.
